Ordinances to take any steps which may be considered

necessary for the validation of any works which have

heretofore been constructed and maintained.

Subject to

the observance of this general principle that the

works to be included must be defined in the Ordinance,

the provisions of the Bill in regard to the notice and

compensation had the Secretary of State's general

approval.
